About the Company:
Alliance provides comprehensive employee benefits consulting and administration services, including everything from employee education and communication to plan administration and monitoring. Its comprehensive list of services include: helping to decide the right type of plan for specific companies and providing plan design consulting; preparing plan documents, amendments and IRS filings; calculating and allocating contributions and forfeitures and preparing the plan's annual report and other compliance reports. Prior to 2008, Alliance Benefit Group Carolinas LLC went by the name of CBH Pensions. Since it became a member and licensee of the national organization, Alliance Benefit Group, the decision was made to change its name to reflect this new alliance. “We will continue to offer the same personal service, but now with the resources of a larger organization,” Comer says.
